WELCOME

"I was born, but just barely."

With these words, Maria Jackson begins her amazing story of politics, suspense, and action.  From the backwoods of the Carolinas to the most powerful corridors of the nation's capital, Maria's odyssey tells the story of one American's perseverance against all odds from the early 1960's to our present-day, post-9/11 world.

As an overly ambitious first-time novelist, I have attempted to write an adventure story that will inspire you and perhaps make you think.  In addition, I hope that my book will bring a tear to your eye, and that it will make you laugh.

Most of all, I hope you will read Capital Terror and simply enjoy it.  Then, if you are so inclined, I hope you'll tell a friend about it.

Happy Reading!
